Welcome to Espace HERA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Our Services

Espace HERA provides specialized physiotherapy and fitness services for active women, including:

  • Pelvic floor physiotherapy

  • General physiotherapy services

  • Small group personal training

  • Pregnancy and postpartum fitness guidance

  • Health and wellness consultation

 

Professional Services: Our services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals and are subject to professional standards and regulations in Canada, including provincial regulatory bodies for physiotherapy and fitness professionals.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Appointment Booking and Cancellation

Booking Policy

  • Appointments must be booked through our authorized booking system

  • Payment may be required at time of booking

  • Appointment availability is subject to practitioner schedules

Cancellation Policy

  • 24-hour notice required for appointment cancellations

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in charges

  • We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

  • Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at time of service unless other arrangements are made

  • We accept various payment methods as indicated at booking

  • All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD)

  • Prices are subject to change with appropriate notice

  • Applicable taxes (GST/HST/QST) will be added as required by law

  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Canadian consumer protection laws

5. Health and Safety

Medical Disclaimer: Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you have a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Our services complement but do not replace your primary healthcare provider.

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

  • You will provide accurate health information

  • You will follow all safety guidelines and instructions

  • You understand the risks associated with physical activity

  • You will inform us of any changes in your health status

  • You are participating in activities at your own risk

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our programs, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Espace HERA and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Espace HERA and its practitioners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Professional Standards

Our services are provided in accordance with:

  • Professional physiotherapy standards and regulations in Canada

  • Provincial regulatory body requirements and standards of practice

  • Canadian health and safety regulations

  • Professional ethics and confidentiality requirements

  • Continuing education and evidence-based practice standards

10. Waitlist Terms

For our waitlist service:

  • Joining the waitlist does not guarantee service availability

  • We will contact waitlist members in order of registration

  • You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time

  • Waitlist information will be used to notify you of service availability

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Quebec. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Quebec, Canada.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
